Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and sent using USPS. 

Standard shipping time and rates apply.

During peak holiday times processing and shipping may take longer. Please reach out if you would like a rush order and we will see what we can do. Pure Joy Creations is a small business and takes your support very seriously. If we have made a mistake please contact us so we can find a solution. 

United States Postal Service delays or loss of packages are out of our control and must be taken up with USPS. 

Standard Shipping Rates apply and are calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping in US for orders $100 and over. 

International Shipping: Standard shipping rates applied at checkout. 

Shipping rates are determined by size of package and weight.

Return & Exchanges Policy:

Returns are not excepted at this time.

Exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase if the item is not worn.

Exceptions:

Pure Joy Creations wants to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and understand that "life happens". We will take exceptions into consideration on a case by case basis. The outcome will of course depend on the situation, condition of item being returned/exchanged, and what type of product it is. This does not include custom orders which are agreed upon individually. Contact hello@purejoycreations.com with any return or exchange requests and we will do our best to accommodate the situation.

Customization:

If there is a detail in your jewelry that just needs an adjustment (ex. chain length on necklace) please let us know so we can work out a custom adjustment and get it back to you with a perfect fit!

Pure Joy Creations takes quality control very seriously, but all products are handmade and small inconsistencies and human error is of course possible! Please inform us if something isn't right.

Damages: 

If there is something wrong with your purchase upon arrival please email us at hello@purejoycreations.com with your order number, a photo of the damage, and a description of what is wrong with the item. Pure Joy Creations products are handmade with natural materials that can sometimes have micro flaws or inconsistencies so we can't promise a replacement or reworking for some one of a kind pieces or discontinued items.  If we missed something bigger in our quality control however we apologize and are more than happy to correct our mistake. 

Accidents happen. Repairs are available. If your jewelry has broken or has a few dings that need cleaning up please contact hello@purejoycreations.com so we can get that repaired! Repair fees depend on the item, materials needed, and the amount of time it will take to fix. We also offer a fresh polish for a small fee.
